Certified copies of vital records are used for many purposes, such as to establish proof of age, receive social security benefits, and receive death benefits from life insurance policies.

No marriage license applications will be processed in the last hour of any day. Payment by cash or checks only. Checks payable to the Town of Tiverton.

Fees:

Birth, Death, or Marriage Certificate - In-person $22.00 or by Mail $25.00. Additional copies will be $18.00 each.

Marriage License - In person only $24.00
