Notice is hereby given that the Tiverton Planning Board will host an Informational Public Workshop on Proposed Amendments to 1) the Town of Tiverton Comprehensive Community Plan Future Land Use Map, 2) the Tiverton Zoning Ordinance Map, and 3) the Tiverton Zoning Ordinance. The Informational Public Workshop is scheduled on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 9:00 am at the Tiverton Town Hall, 343 Highland Road, Tiverton. See documents posted below in this section.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 6:30
p.m. at the Tiverton Town Hall, 343 Highland Road, Tiverton, RI 02878. To be heard on the
matter (see below) you may attend the Public Hearing or email comments to landuse@tiverton.ri.gov.
Friendship Farms - A two-phase development. Phase I: one (1) single family three (3) bedroom condominium unit, and seventy-two (72) two (2) bedroom duplex units. Phase II: Two (2) single family three (3) bedroom condominium units; sixty-six (66) duplex two (2) bedroom units; sixteen (16) garden style two (2) bedroom apartments, eight (8) in each of two apartment buildings. and
Vital at Tiverton Commons - a proposed residential community, consisting of 256 apartment-style buildings, 64 of which will be affordable, and shared amenities. The community will also include a resort-style clubhouse, multiple pavilions, a neighborhood daycare facility, a maintenance garage and a dog spa. The site is 62.58 acres (10.55 acres of unsuitable land), and the proposed plan is to have 28.19 acres devoted to open space.
